WHO I am
Hi, I am Lina. I am Dublin/Dubai/London-based personal trainer and an online transformation coach whose clients include professional athletes, celebrities, post –baby mums, brides, overweight teenagers, elderly and others. I have been involved in health and fitness from a very young age. I have played various sports and exercised regularly from far back. I train, at least 5-6 times in a week. My life revolves around fitness and that is what motivated me to become a Personal Trainer.
